The product from the mfr is excellent and the price was great. The white glove delivery was far from white glove as my wife and I had to help unload it and haul it into the house. It was too heavy for the man and woman delivery team they sent. Also the product had grease stains on it. I would not buy from the company again but would by a Flexsteel product.

I was able to purchase these recliners at a greatly reduced price than my local furniture store. I am so glad we purchased ones with the power headrest. Lumbar would have been a nice feature as well, although not what I purchased. So far, I am loving our chairs. We have dogs who like to "dig", but we got after them the first week or two of owning these chairs, and haven't seen them dig on/at the furniture. The chairs feel sturdy, but do make a creaking noise every now and then from all the metal in them.

The company made this section in the wrong color, and different from the rest and shipped it to me. I’m still waiting on the correct color.

The Flexsteel Henry recliner is super comfortable with lots of support on the bottom and back cushions. Not essentially my esthetic, but the comfort makes up for that.

The back is plywood. Not at all a quality piece. I was told because it was an expensive piece sold at a low rate, the shipping would take a couple months as they had to ship when other pieces were sold (bulk shipping.)It arrived damaged and no doubt because the wood is not hard. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered the sofa in June 2024 and today is Aug 26th 2024 and I have no date as to when my sofa will be delivered. Not sure if this is even a real company at this point.

The Aspenhome Caraway furniture is very nice, but will never do business with the seller (BedroomFurnitureDiscounts / Emma Mason) again for the below reasons:- Fraudulently claims to have items "in stock" when they have no warehouse and are merely drop-shippers at the mercy of the manufacturer. This is false advertising and is illegal by FTC regulations. - Continues to boldly claim that the estimated ship time is 2 weeks when the ACTUAL shipping time for my furniture was over 8 weeks. - Proudly displays a cherry-picked (I.E. also fraudulent) 4.7 star "shopper approved" rating that's incredibly difficult to figure out how to actually leave a review for. My representative knew I was frustrated and is trying to insist that I leave a review on the Better Business Bureau (where they have less than 3 stars) instead of here where it's easily visible for new shoppers. - Was absolutely incompetent at providing accurate timing information regarding my order and failed to provide accurate time estimates. - Kept making excuses and "next week" promises that were broke time and time again.Once again, the furniture itself is nice and the price was good, but if I were to do it again, I would skip purchasing from BedroomFurnitureDiscounts / Emma Mason without a second thought.

We love our dresser. It was pretty close to what was pictured and described. Color is just a bit darker, and the drawers don’t fully open. Drawers do not have full extension runner. Other than that it is solidly built and all wood. Delivery was on time and right at the 6 weeks we were quoted. Don’t believe the emails you receive about the progress. Go by the time quoted at the beginning of the process. Would purchase here again.

This table is so cheap that literally anything scratched it or chips the finish off. Who knew dining sets were only intended for looks because eating on it, ruins the table! Huge waste of money. Please read this review and save yours! It’s beautiful biut not meant for use.

Ad deceived me as supplier cannot deliver to Canada . CSR did not offer any alternatives. I am very disappointed as the piece looks beautiful and I live closer to the state of N.Y. than the next major city in my Province LOL :-(

We thought all 3 seats on the couch reclined. Turns out, only the ends recline. Other than than, everything was great other than the time it took to ship and receive after the purchase was made.

The bed was set up by the store, they were great. But we now need to move it. I can not figure out how to get the drawers out. I have looked all over for a video. There is no release on the middle track or t drawer that I can find. Please help

I love the set. It did take a lot longer to arrive than expected, but it was worth it. The cargo company's personnel did an excellent job putting the set together. They did mention that the swivel chairs were a challenge. One of the chair is not stationary, and rocks, which is the only reason I've given this 4 stars. This has been reported to the furniture company I purchased it from. All and all the set is an accent to our condition that will last a lifetime!

Fell on hard times last summer and couldnt justify the cost of getting an ottoman, even if it was the perfect finishing touch and accent to my new living room. Well, a year went by and I just learned it was discontinued. :( Someone tell these design companies to stop discontinuing unique and lovely items. Instead how about one of the million grey, beige or greige ottomans that exist everywhere.. BORING.

Both nightstands arrived damaged to the back. The drawer slides do not allow the drawers to open smoothly.

The bed could not be assembled correctly. The side rails have indentation where the slats should sit to support the platform boards. The indentations are not aligned to support the boards. One drawer on the storage of the bed doesn’t open smoothly and rubs the side of the drawer. The nightstand arrived with damage to the back. The dresser drawer slides do not allow the drawers to open smoothly for most of the drawers. Several drawers slides rub against the drawer side, created gouges in it.

I bought this product from dining room outlets at the beginning of the year. It came with several defects. Dining room outlets stated I needed to have one of their people inspect the table before it would be replaced. The person they sent said the table needed to be replaced. Dining room outlets then said the company didn't sell the table anymore. That's why they couldn't replace it. They are still selling it. So they apparently lied.

I've only had my couch a few weeks so I cannot review on the quality yet but the customer service was amazing! If your like me I'm always weary of buying things online especially a couch. They are in contact with you ever step of the purchase and the free white glove delivery was an added plus.

Please customer don't order this item they only have the buffet. They will string you along pretending they have both hutch and buffet. I dealt with company over two monthsnever received anything. Every time my shipment was to come on Thursday twice I received a call stating item was damage . They never had completed set but wouldn't inform me hutch wasn't in stock.

This is the cheapest quality table set i have ever seen. The set looks great but after 3 months my wife slid a chair in while sitting in it and the front leg broke off. After 6 months I rested back on the chair backing and it the back split half way down the leg. I'm 175lbs, no way this chair should have broken so easily. Also, the table top is chipping and the finish is wearing off in several areas. The manufacturer will not warranty the table top and just wants to keep sending us chair parts until the 1 year warranty is up. I tried getting my money back but they refuse. THIS SET IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, DO NOT BUY!!

We ordered a Catnapper dual power love seat from them over 2 years ago. Within the first 6 months, the arm one one of the footrests broke. We contacted the company and got the runaround for a year and a half with no resolution. We feel that they were putting us off so we would be outside of the initial one year warranty, then they told us after a year that we would have to contact the extended warranty company. They finally had a furniture repair technician come to our home and list all of the problems. By that time, one of the remotes was only working periodically, and we’re unable to adjust the headrest at all. The footrest was broken on the other chair and the cushion in the back was failing. We were also having trouble with on of the chair backs slipping out of position. We received a portion of the parts to repair the loveseat and a technician came to do the repairs. Not all of the repairs were listed on the work order, some were the wrong parts, so not all of the work was completed. A new work order was made, but when the technician arrived, the parts sent were the wrong parts and the remote issue still was not addressed. Now the company has told us that the remaining repairs that they agreed to perform are not covered under the warranty. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

Item was flawed. I sent in pictures while the delivery team was here, rejected delivery like I was told and now the manufacturer says there's nothing wrong. I am still waiting on resolution. Won't let me upload photos.

    Topped with a comfortable tufted leather upholstered cushion, the bench has a hidden drawer with a finger groove pull at the front center location in the apron rails. The highly decorative cabriole leg is fully carved with acanthus leaf, shell and scroll motifs. The apron rails are decorated with avidore cross banding, with walnut inlay accent around a cherry veneered field. The finish is a rich and warm pomegranate shade that has both depth and clarity which allows the natural beauty of the wood graining to shine through. Burnished edges, hand rubbed fronts and machine rubbed tops provide a satiny glow that enriches the Old World feel of this collection.

    The high traditional design of Old World is inspired primarily by classic European styles of antiquity. Clearly influenced by the later Renaissance period, which featured enrichment of ornament and outline, Old World reflects the elaborate details of the French and English translation of this significant architectural movement. Roman design standards like columns and pilasters were applied to furniture as well as a full complement of bases, cornices and pediments.


    The veneer is created by artistic use of cathedral cherry and exotic avodire veneers set off by fine herringbone inlay. Sculptural acanthus leaf carvings adorn the canted pilasters of the case pieces, and the case fronts are highlighted by a carved frame molding in a rhythmic Lamb’s tongue motif.
