- Overall the construction is sturdy and looks are good.
- Materials are quality and I expect the chairs to last for years with little to no signs of wear.
- I was slightly annoyed that the seat width listed was from the outer edges of the arms and not the actual seat area (other chairs listed the seating area dimensions). As I purchased the sturdy armchairs for overweight eldery father, seat width matters.
- The other item of annoyance is that while the seat is comfortable, the leading edge is not overstuffed so I feel the cross bar. This can be corrected with a padded seat cover but I had hoped to avoid that.
- The lowered arms were unexpected (no height for those were provided) but it does allow the chairs to be pushed under pretty much any style table with good clearance. 2 5

The picture on here shows the couch as a lighter brown which is what I needed. The couch delivered was dark brown. Now the company is saying I need to pay a 30% return fee and shipping costs. Placed order 11/11. Was ready for delivery 11/30. They have changed my delivery 12 times!! I have talked to so many people so many times. All I get is a sorry for the inconvenience. I’m just asking for a refund at this point. I will order from a reputable company. GORGEOUS. We love it, and would buy it again. Solid wood, nice piece. The only note I'd make is that there are three drawers total: what appears to be 4 mini-drawers are really just one large middle drawer... for us the large middle drawer is more practical anyway, but if you're looking for a dresser with lots of little compartments, that's not what this one has. 5 5

Ordered the dresser, mirror and nightstand on August 5th. Still waiting on delivery. Have been told it’s here in St Louis, it’s in Highpoint NC, it’s in Florida????? I know there have been manufacturing delays due to Covid and I was very patient but they told me 3 weeks ago that it’s out for delivery. What a joke 1 5

I ordered furniture on July 6, 2020. Was told there may be an additional delay due to covid issues. I was told 8-12 weeks. After 14 weeks I started to email for updates. Kept getting excuses as to the delay. Finally in early November was finally told delivery was being scheduled. Delivery company is a whole new nightmare. I had four pieces altogether. Was not contacted until late November to schedule for December 2. The truck didn’t show until the 3rd and only had two items. Another delivery was attempted but the driver realized the items were not loaded onto the truck when they arrived. Since then I have had 7 changes to my delivery date and at this time I still do not have my furniture. Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com took 19 weeks to get my furniture in and the delivery company has had my furniture for an additional 5 weeks. I have asked for help from everyone I can talk to and no one is able to do anything.
If someone within the company can help I would appreciate it. My service rep Gary claims his hands are tied and isn’t able to do anything.

The product was great. We love it. The delivery however, I'm still trying to resolve. The delivery person assembled the table using a drill and over tightened the screws causing them to be stripped and the table top to be easily lifted from the table when moving. The issue is taking an excessively long time to resolve with a huge amount of emails going back and forth. Pictures were sent, it's clear what happened. Just replace the table. 5 5
I ordered the Coaster Sandy Beach Panel Bedroom Set in White for my daughter's bedroom. It was worth the wait! The description did not do this set justice. Extremely impressed by the HIGH QUALITY of this furniture...it is heavy and well made and looks like a $4000 set. The color is a creamy white. The headboard is tall and majestic. The dresser is incredible with the glass panel insets. The entire set looks amazing! Don't think that this set is cheap because it is not. Best purchase!!! 3 5

Purchased this from Nebraska Furniture Mart 6/15/18, I called right away as my king mattress looked to small for the bed. there are several inches on the side as well as the end of the bed. you can see the drawer area as the mattress does not cover the area. I called and was told when I order a new mattress it will fit the frame. Well a few months ago I indeed ordered a new mattress, it is even worse. I truly believe the bed is not made correctly as my mattress fit my old bed fine. 5 5

The order has taken 8 weeks to be delivered when we were told 3-4 weeks. My pregnant wife and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The delivery company had the bed in their warehouse for 3-4 weeks but did not want to deliver the bed because it was too far away for them. They wanted to make sure they could organize other customers so they could complete all the deliveries on the one day. This was negligence at its best.When the bed arrived it didn't have any bed slats. We have been trying to get this resolved with no luck. Installation instructions were missing from the box. The 5-drawer chest I received was defective and drawers didn't open. The few hundred extra we spent for platinum white glove delivery and the crew didn't even check this before leaving and I had to call them back to pick it up and get a replacement. That took almost another 2 weeks, after I had already waited over a month to receive the bedroom set, and I didn't even receive any communication for a week as to what was going on or when they were going to send the replacement chest. Meanwhile, the rest of my furniture set has spent 3 weeks unused due to the smell of whatever chemicals were used in the varnish or glues for these items. My bedroom has been shut for weeks because I've had to have the windows open with the very cold air in order to air it out. I would've returned it all if not for the steep cost on the return policy. I am due to have my baby in a week and can't even have her in my bedroom with me because I'm afraid of her breathing in the fumes. Prop 65 warnings are on all the pieces, which was not listed on the website anywhere, so now I'm stuck breathing in who-knows-what for however many years. What I was so excited to receive has only been a hassle and I don't even want to be in my bedroom. We had to spend hundreds more to buy a quality air purifier just so I can feel safer sleeping in my bedroom.The furniture itself is beautiful, but I wish I had gotten something certified not to be toxic. 5 5
