The fabric covering the bottom of our sofa was ripped and taped back together with scotch tape. The stitches in our chaise cushion burst as soon as we sat on it. Remaining pieces were fine. Just seems like manufacturing was rushed. Overall, it is a very comfortable set. Hopefully, the sofa and chaise will be repaired by the manufacturer's technician, but we won't know until mid-October which is the first available time that they can get to us. 5 5

The drawers dresser and nightstands are incredibly small. The bed was easy to assemble; however, it is very flimsy. The bed came with only 3 wooden slats to hold/support the mattress. I am petit and weight 105lbs, but still the bed does not support my weight or the weight of the mattress. The mattress sinks in the areas that don’t have the 3 slats. If you get this bed, which I don’t recommend, you will need to buy wooden slats and spend more money so that it doesn’t collapse while you sleep. Lastly, the bedroom set took over 2 months to arrive. When I made the purchase, I got a text immediately asking if I wanted to move forward with the order because it could take up to 6 weeks. It look about 10 weeks for it to be delivered and this is only because I literally emailed and called them twice a week after the 6th week had passed.The delivery company was very unprofessional. Although they delivery guys were very nice and friendly. They called me to confirm my delivery date the night before at 7:30 pm which didn’t give me time to plan. Then, their truck broke and they didn’t call me to let me know it wasn’t coming. I had to call them to ask them if my order was still being delivered on the day/time they have given me. They following day, they did delivery my order but called me 20 minutes before saying they would be there which, again wasn’t enough time to plan. 5 5

Nice looking, solid desk. Very functional drawers and plush velvet like padding. Good hardware and clasps and drawers smoothly operate. My only qualm would be with the desk surface veneer which seems to be MDF as a corner got crushed during delivery and you can see the texture. Other parts are solid wood so that confuses me somewhat. 5 5

Catnapper makes the most comfortable furniture in the US. The Wembley is no exception. Soft real leather, smooth power adjustments. I wish I'd gotten the lumbar, but it wasn't available. The power headrest isn't worth the money, but the couch is a great buy. I've got two other catnappers, one used as a bed for a very ill family member, 5 years later they still look and feel new. 1 5
The bedroom set is beautiful. There is lots of storage. The bed itself, however, is SO NOISY. the bed creeks and sounds like it is falling apart when you lay down or turn over. I contacted customer service about it and they sent a technician to look to make sure that the bed was put together correctly, which it was. The technician even said that he didn't know why it was so loud. Customer service told us that sending the tech out was the best they could do since we didn't tell them on the day of delivery about the noise. If you pay the extra money to get the furniture put together, make sure that when you inspect it, you actually get on the bed and roll around. 5 5

The bed is nice. However, it’s a much lighter color than the rest of the furniture pieces I bought years ago. I just bought the king size bed to match the rest of the pieces. The color of the wood of the pieces I had is darker, more brownish and intense. It doesn’t match! I am disappointed that the color has changed! 5 5

So I purchased this entire set around thanksgiving, it is beautiful, it functions perfectly, however the soft pine dings badly and looks like I purchased it second hand as my 2 year old has banged into it with toys and it is visibly damaged. Tonight she ran into it with a scooter car and the front support busted at the screw hole. If your kids are calmer than mine than you may be ok to purchase, if they are not I would pass, my antique set that I had prior to this was much more durable. 5 5

I bought the whole bedroom set . I first purchased the Queen size bed and two night tables ( they have 3 drawers . Then l purchased the chest of drawers and the dresser. Then the mirror . It's all high quality furniture made from good heavy wood . No MDF or particle board . 1 5
I found this beautiful set on their website. I paid to have it assembled and have the boxes taken away. I also payed for the insurance in case anything was wrong with the furniture. It was delivered on 11/23/21. The table was assembled in my home. The two chairs were assembled elsewhere. I had noticed a blemish right away on the table, but knew that I would be covering that. I didn’t make a big deal about it. Right away I saw that the chairs had rocked back and forth. The delivery people must have thought I wouldn’t notice that the chairs we defective. Because Thanksgiving was two days away, I made the absolute regrettable decision to listen to the representative at the company telling me they would get a repair tech out as soon as they could. Sometime in December, the repair tech came over and his solution to the defective chairs were to put pads on the bottom of the legs. I was not going to settle for this because I paid over $800 for them. At no time did anyone offer to replace the chairs or refund me. Then they sent out another repair tech and this one only checked one chair and tried to convince me that my floor was uneven. I knew for a fact it wasn’t because of a prior set I had owned and by speaking to the leasing office and maintenance. Still no offer to replace or refund the chairs. The company put it on the manufacturer. I then waited for 4 months to receive one back panel for a chair. Even though I paid to have these defective chairs assembled and boxes taken away, I was left with having to either pay someone to assemble them or put it together myself! I ended up spending the time to do it myself and now the chair is solid and does not rock back and forth! The legs are too short on the solid back piece. Absolutely beyond believe, I am now on the 6th month. I have never received the second back for the other chair. I have gotten so many useless apologies. Managers say they will get back to you and they never do. After writing again, I learned that the back piece from the manufacturer is out of stock. I let Emily, know at this point to have to wait any longer is absolutely unacceptable! I have told her the only thing at this point to make this horrible experience a little right was by refunding me partially for the chair so I can get some kind of resolution. Still never heard back from her. This company has failed on every level in my eyes. In the past when I have received something, I am offered a replacement or a refund. I am now left hanging because when I started asking for a refund, she doesn’t want to help me get that. This company doesn’t believe in taking care of their customers. I never thought I would experience anything like this. I just wanted to purchase this beautiful dining set. What a nightmare! I really hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This has been incredibly difficult and took the joy away from buying this set. I wouldn’t ever shop here again! 5 5
