This is a nice bed. But it comes with only THREE (thin, wafer-like) slats for mattress support -- not nearly enough. The first night, I was lying in bed; rose from lying down to sit, so that I could stand up (in the middle of the bed, over a slat) and the support slat split in two. I weigh 130 pounds.
The next day, I went to Lowe's and purchased six 2"x2" balusters, measured and cut them, drilled pilot holes for screws, purchased 12 wood screws, and NOW my twin mattress has the proper support it needs. It cost me only about $25, but it took half a day to get that all done.
When someone who is as relatively small as I am can crack a slat simply by sitting up, then the proper support system has not been supplied. Please alert the manufacturer to this issue right away. My issue was one of (minimal) expense and inconvenience: for another person, it could create a serious safety issue if the mattress collapses because of improper support. 5 5

From the start of this order, the delivery date kept changing. I would only receive updates when I would email with an inquiry. There was misinformation and outright lies from all customer success managers regarding order placement, payment clearance, delivery date of furniture, delivery date for table pads, paint touch up kit from manufacturer etc. There was not one part of this order that went smoothly or truthfully. I ordered the bed, dresser and nightstand for my daughter in MARCH 2022. It is currently JANUARY 2023 and I am STILL waiting for the dresser and nightstand. My first delivery did not come until august. If I knew it would take this long to get furniture I never would have ordered from this website. The company offered no apology or discount for me waiting almost a YEAR for furniture! I am beyond dissatisfied. The fabric covering the bottom of our sofa was ripped and taped back together with scotch tape. The stitches in our chaise cushion burst as soon as we sat on it. Remaining pieces were fine. Just seems like manufacturing was rushed. Overall, it is a very comfortable set. Hopefully, the sofa and chaise will be repaired by the manufacturer's technician, but we won't know until mid-October which is the first available time that they can get to us. 5 5

The drawers dresser and nightstands are incredibly small. The bed was easy to assemble; however, it is very flimsy. The bed came with only 3 wooden slats to hold/support the mattress. I am petit and weight 105lbs, but still the bed does not support my weight or the weight of the mattress. The mattress sinks in the areas that don’t have the 3 slats. If you get this bed, which I don’t recommend, you will need to buy wooden slats and spend more money so that it doesn’t collapse while you sleep. Lastly, the bedroom set took over 2 months to arrive. When I made the purchase, I got a text immediately asking if I wanted to move forward with the order because it could take up to 6 weeks. It look about 10 weeks for it to be delivered and this is only because I literally emailed and called them twice a week after the 6th week had passed.The delivery company was very unprofessional. Although they delivery guys were very nice and friendly. They called me to confirm my delivery date the night before at 7:30 pm which didn’t give me time to plan. Then, their truck broke and they didn’t call me to let me know it wasn’t coming. I had to call them to ask them if my order was still being delivered on the day/time they have given me. They following day, they did delivery my order but called me 20 minutes before saying they would be there which, again wasn’t enough time to plan. 5 5

Nice looking, solid desk. Very functional drawers and plush velvet like padding. Good hardware and clasps and drawers smoothly operate. My only qualm would be with the desk surface veneer which seems to be MDF as a corner got crushed during delivery and you can see the texture. Catnapper makes the most comfortable furniture in the US. The Wembley is no exception. Soft real leather, smooth power adjustments. I wish I'd gotten the lumbar, but it wasn't available. The bedroom set is beautiful. There is lots of storage. The bed itself, however, is SO NOISY. the bed creeks and sounds like it is falling apart when you lay down or turn over. I contacted customer service about it and they sent a technician to look to make sure that the bed was put together correctly, which it was. The technician even said that he didn't know why it was so loud. Customer service told us that sending the tech out was the best they could do since we didn't tell them on the day of delivery about the noise. If you pay the extra money to get the furniture put together, make sure that when you inspect it, you actually get on the bed and roll around. 5 5
