The bed is nice. However, it’s a much lighter color than the rest of the furniture pieces I bought years ago. I just bought the king size bed to match the rest of the pieces. The color of the wood of the pieces I had is darker, more brownish and intense. It doesn’t match! I am disappointed that the color has changed! 5 5

So I purchased this entire set around thanksgiving, it is beautiful, it functions perfectly, however the soft pine dings badly and looks like I purchased it second hand as my 2 year old has banged into it with toys and it is visibly damaged. Tonight she ran into it with a scooter car and the front support busted at the screw hole. If your kids are calmer than mine than you may be ok to purchase, if they are not I would pass, my antique set that I had prior to this was much more durable. 5 5

This is a beautiful table. However, I am currently in touch with the folks at Emma Mason. The table was delivered by Deliveryright and came damaged. Chipped marble on top of table and sides. The painted MDF wood is also chipped and missing paint. Not happy about this. 5 5

I found this beautiful set on their website. I paid to have it assembled and have the boxes taken away. I also payed for the insurance in case anything was wrong with the furniture. It was delivered on 11/23/21. The table was assembled in my home. The two chairs were assembled elsewhere. I had noticed a blemish right away on the table, but knew that I would be covering that. I didn’t make a big deal about it. Right away I saw that the chairs had rocked back and forth. The delivery people must have thought I wouldn’t notice that the chairs we defective. Because Thanksgiving was two days away, I made the absolute regrettable decision to listen to the representative at the company telling me they would get a repair tech out as soon as they could. Sometime in December, the repair tech came over and his solution to the defective chairs were to put pads on the bottom of the legs. I was not going to settle for this because I paid over $800 for them. At no time did anyone offer to replace the chairs or refund me. Then they sent out another repair tech and this one only checked one chair and tried to convince me that my floor was uneven. I knew for a fact it wasn’t because of a prior set I had owned and by speaking to the leasing office and maintenance. Still no offer to replace or refund the chairs. The company put it on the manufacturer. I then waited for 4 months to receive one back panel for a chair. Even though I paid to have these defective chairs assembled and boxes taken away, I was left with having to either pay someone to assemble them or put it together myself! I ended up spending the time to do it myself and now the chair is solid and does not rock back and forth! The legs are too short on the solid back piece. Absolutely beyond believe, I am now on the 6th month. I have never received the second back for the other chair. I have gotten so many useless apologies. Managers say they will get back to you and they never do. After writing again, I learned that the back piece from the manufacturer is out of stock. I let Emily, know at this point to have to wait any longer is absolutely unacceptable! I have told her the only thing at this point to make this horrible experience a little right was by refunding me partially for the chair so I can get some kind of resolution. Still never heard back from her. This company has failed on every level in my eyes. In the past when I have received something, I am offered a replacement or a refund. I am now left hanging because when I started asking for a refund, she doesn’t want to help me get that. This company doesn’t believe in taking care of their customers. I never thought I would experience anything like this. I just wanted to purchase this beautiful dining set. What a nightmare! I really hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This has been incredibly difficult and took the joy away from buying this set. I wouldn’t ever shop here again! 5 5

The bed was supposedly shipped a week from the date of my order. It's hard for me to understand why it took 5 weeks for the bed to be trucked from New York to lower Michigan. I just called about this item which states “in stock” and I wanted to be sure that it was really available in “4 - 6 weeks”. He said it would not be available till August but he kept insisting that means “in stock”. Also this is the first week of February and he said it’s only “2 or 3 months wait”. February to August is not 2 or 3 months! When I said I’m sure it hasn’t left Vietnam yet he said “it’s on the water” and he hung up on me. Who wants to do business w/a company like this? 5 5

Beautiful desk! Very heavy duty/sturdy. Plenty of storage with 6 drawers total. Both bottom drawers lock. The only thing I wish it had was a hole on the top to run cords down to the plug built into the middle drawer. There are spots on each side to run cords, but I use this for my home office with a large monitor centered on the desk. Overall though I am very pleased with the product and would recommend.
