- Overall the construction is sturdy and looks are good. - Materials are quality and I expect the chairs to last for years with little to no signs of wear. - I was slightly annoyed that the seat width listed was from the outer edges of the arms and not the actual seat area (other chairs listed the seating area dimensions). As I purchased the sturdy armchairs for overweight eldery father, seat width matters. - The other item of annoyance is that while the seat is comfortable, the leading edge is not overstuffed so I feel the cross bar. This can be corrected with a padded seat cover but I had hoped to avoid that. - The lowered arms were unexpected (no height for those were provided) but it does allow the chairs to be pushed under pretty much any style table with good clearance.

The picture on here shows the couch as a lighter brown which is what I needed. The couch delivered was dark brown. Now the company is saying I need to pay a 30% return fee and shipping costs. Sticking to their claim they delivered the correct item we ordered. Well it would be much appreciated if they would work with me on this beings it was falsely advertised. Do not reccomend this company. Also the delivery date kept getting changed and I couldnt pick a day.

All these '5-star' reviews are for how "smooth" their order process went. However, the less than 'Excellent' rating reviews come mostly from those who received their order.... I placed my order over 3 months ago now and still have not received my order or an update... So, to potential buyers: Beware! Consider yourselves warned...

I like the chest, after looking at it do not match the night stand, it has marble top, the one i received just wood top, I am sure u charged me the same price which it's not the same.

The bed is damaged. The delivery team saw the chipped wood immediately and informed me. I bought a new, undamaged bed. I’ve been offered $150 to ignore the damage or to accept a repair. I insisted on what I purchased - a new bed that isn’t damaged. I have had no response.

Can't comment on sofa, don't have it yet even though ordered in October and Discount Living Rooms showing product in stock. When given the initial delay in OCTOBER I advised them their website is wrong, was told they would "look into it". Buyer beware, have reminded them 2 more times their website is wrong and the STILL show in stock. We are now into January, they have my money but still no sectional.

Very disappointed in file cabinet; drawers only open and close with much effort and scraping noise. Called company day of deliver 12/3/2020 and was told to send a video which we did. Company acknowledged receipt of email but nothing since. It's been over a month. We spent over $2400 with this company in order to be able to continue working from home. In addition to drawer problem, we were very disappointed in the amount of usable storage space in such a large piece of furniture.

I ordered the fabric chairs with hewn maple but with the rectangular table instead of the round due to the size of my area. A basic design but very pretty and good quality, a little contemporary.

Great look, build, and feel. Not enough slats for no box springs. Had to add 7 additional slats and posts to hold mattress.

Placed order 11/11. Was ready for delivery 11/30. They have changed my delivery 12 times!! I have talked to so many people so many times. All I get is a sorry for the inconvenience. I’m just asking for a refund at this point. I will order from a reputable company. Sad thing is I will have to wait another 4-6 weeks from some where else because this company jacked me around so long! Take your business elsewhere!!

BUYER BEWARE!! You will pay in full and may never see your furniture. I have been scheduled on 2 different occasions with a specific time block for delivery. Today the delivery truck showed up LATE - WITHOUT MY FURNITURE!!! The “white glove” delivery service requires that the furniture be ON THE TRUCK!!! No one responds to my email and phone just rings without a response. I PAID IN FULL almost 45 days ago.

GORGEOUS. We love it, and would buy it again. Solid wood, nice piece. The only note I'd make is that there are three drawers total: what appears to be 4 mini-drawers are really just one large middle drawer... for us the large middle drawer is more practical anyway, but if you're looking for a dresser with lots of little compartments, that's not what this one has.

They didn't cut any corners or take any shortcuts on this line... they used solid wood, metal anchoring point for the siderail nuts/bolts, and everything fits together beautifully. The wood is gorgeous in person. We're planning to order additional pieces from this line. The youth Twin Sleigh bed fits perfectly in my youngest son's smaller room.

Ordered the dresser, mirror and nightstand on August 5th. Still waiting on delivery. Have been told it’s here in St Louis, it’s in Highpoint NC, it’s in Florida????? I know there have been manufacturing delays due to Covid and I was very patient but they told me 3 weeks ago that it’s out for delivery. What a joke

My wait time went from 4-8 to now 23 weeks and I still don’t have an idea of when my furniture will be here. Order at your own risk. Customer service simply tells me their hands are tied. Delivery company is an absolute nightmare to work with, very unprofessional.

I ordered furniture on July 6, 2020. Was told there may be an additional delay due to covid issues. I was told 8-12 weeks. After 14 weeks I started to email for updates. Kept getting excuses as to the delay. Finally in early November was finally told delivery was being scheduled. Delivery company is a whole new nightmare. I had four pieces altogether. Was not contacted until late November to schedule for December 2. The truck didn’t show until the 3rd and only had two items. Another delivery was attempted but the driver realized the items were not loaded onto the truck when they arrived. Since then I have had 7 changes to my delivery date and at this time I still do not have my furniture. Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com took 19 weeks to get my furniture in and the delivery company has had my furniture for an additional 5 weeks. I have asked for help from everyone I can talk to and no one is able to do anything. If someone within the company can help I would appreciate it. My service rep Gary claims his hands are tied and isn’t able to do anything. I certainly will not order from them again.

I ordered my dressers in August. I was told they’d arrive November. November came and nothing. Then they said December. Still no word unless I contact them. It’ll be delivered the week of December 7th they said. STILL NO FURNITURE! Worst experience ever. DON’T waste your money with these scammers

I love the Darcy line. I had the couch and decided to buy the loveseat. I guess Ashley has discontinued it and your business was the onlyplace I could find one. It usually sells for 399, but your asking price was 1000 which I was willing to pay because it was the only place I could get one.

We were very happy with our queen bedroom set purchase. We were a little nervous because the price was so great and some people had delivery issues. However, we experienced none of that. We received emails and texts on the status of our furniture. It came right in the window they said. The delivery guys were great and our whole set came put together! I ordered the Sandy Beach bedroom set on Nov. 11th. Online it shows that the item is in stock, but the representative Sean told me it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I agreed to wait. On Nov. 25th, I get an email from Isabel saying there are further delays. When I asked the estimated time I could expect my furniture, Shayne replied saying it would be after February 15th! There is no reason it took two weeks to know that shipping would be this delayed.

The product was great. We love it. The delivery however, I'm still trying to resolve. The delivery person assembled the table using a drill and over tightened the screws causing them to be stripped and the table top to be easily lifted from the table when moving. The issue is taking an excessively long time to resolve with a huge amount of emails going back and forth. Pictures were sent, it's clear what happened. Just replace the table.

I ordered the Coaster Sandy Beach Panel Bedroom Set in White for my daughter's bedroom. It was worth the wait! The description did not do this set justice. Extremely impressed by the HIGH QUALITY of this furniture...it is heavy and well made and looks like a $4000 set. The color is a creamy white. The headboard is tall and majestic. The dresser is incredible with the glass panel insets. The entire set looks amazing! Don't think that this set is cheap because it is not. Best purchase!!!

Everything is great except the depth of the couch is very small. I bought an ottoman to go with it so that we can stretch our legs. Delivery was just way too long for 2 months we had to wait. Other than that customer service was great

The Liberty Magnolia shows in stock and 4 week lead times. After order is submitted, they send an email stating they batch orders in order to give the customer a bigger discount. Obviously, the company has no product 'In Stock" as advertised. The real time to get the BR set is 10+ weeks.

Purchased this from Nebraska Furniture Mart 6/15/18, I called right away as my king mattress looked to small for the bed. there are several inches on the side as well as the end of the bed. you can see the drawer area as the mattress does not cover the area. I called and was told when I order a new mattress it will fit the frame. Well a few months ago I indeed ordered a new mattress, it is even worse. I truly believe the bed is not made correctly as my mattress fit my old bed fine.

it’s not worth it to buy this bed. it makes so much noise, the bed can only hold so much weight before it gets a gigantic hole in the middle, very weak bars and they break off easily, the bed is hard and springy i have so much back pain and i’m only 17. i honestly wouldn’t recommend this purchase cause i haven’t even had it for 1 year and i already hate this bed so plz don’t waste your time and save your money

I have had this for one night, one of the chair bars at the bottom was broken when it got here but the table looks to be in good shape. The installers were very nice and set it up in about 10 mins.

The order has taken 8 weeks to be delivered when we were told 3-4 weeks. My pregnant wife and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The delivery company had the bed in their warehouse for 3-4 weeks but did not want to deliver the bed because it was too far away for them. They wanted to make sure they could organize other customers so they could complete all the deliveries on the one day. This was negligence at its best.When the bed arrived it didn't have any bed slats. We have been trying to get this resolved with no luck. Installation instructions were missing from the box. This whole process has been embarrassing and unprofessional.

I originally ordered the dining table and 4 chairs but only the table and 2 chairs were delivered. Within 2 weeks wet got the other 2 chairs and all are great. Afterward, I tried to buy 2 additional chairs but the delivery charge was close to the price of the chairs which I cannot afford. Would have been nice to get a shipping discount due to the delivery mix up we experienced.

the salesman discounted slightly on top of the already cheapest price for a popular and sold on several sights dresser. He delivered on time and in good condition. It was preopened and set up and delivered in blankets ready to install.

The 5-drawer chest I received was defective and drawers didn't open. The few hundred extra we spent for platinum white glove delivery and the crew didn't even check this before leaving and I had to call them back to pick it up and get a replacement. That took almost another 2 weeks, after I had already waited over a month to receive the bedroom set, and I didn't even receive any communication for a week as to what was going on or when they were going to send the replacement chest. Meanwhile, the rest of my furniture set has spent 3 weeks unused due to the smell of whatever chemicals were used in the varnish or glues for these items. My bedroom has been shut for weeks because I've had to have the windows open with the very cold air in order to air it out. I would've returned it all if not for the steep cost on the return policy. I am due to have my baby in a week and can't even have her in my bedroom with me because I'm afraid of her breathing in the fumes. Prop 65 warnings are on all the pieces, which was not listed on the website anywhere, so now I'm stuck breathing in who-knows-what for however many years. What I was so excited to receive has only been a hassle and I don't even want to be in my bedroom. We had to spend hundreds more to buy a quality air purifier just so I can feel safer sleeping in my bedroom.The furniture itself is beautiful, but I wish I had gotten something certified not to be toxic.

I ordered this nightstand on August 21, 2020. I was told the item was in stock. I called and spoke to a representative who took my order over the phone. I'm still waiting for my order and have been updated that it wont be in until the end of November. This item is not in stock and is on backorder from the vendor.

I was hesitant to buy my furniture online but I was able to place my order with a representative. It made me feel reassured. I love my furniture. Very high quality. The delivery and set up was quick. They did miss some details on delivery such as foam inside the drawers and covers on the handles but overall pretty well
