I originally ordered the dining table and 4 chairs but only the table and 2 chairs were delivered. Within 2 weeks wet got the other 2 chairs and all are great. Afterward, I tried to buy 2 additional chairs but the delivery charge was close to the price of the chairs which I cannot afford. Would have been nice to get a shipping discount due to the delivery mix up we experienced. 5 5

the salesman discounted slightly on top of the already cheapest price for a popular and sold on several sights dresser. He delivered on time and in good condition. It was preopened and set up and delivered in blankets ready to install. 2 5
The 5-drawer chest I received was defective and drawers didn't open. The few hundred extra we spent for platinum white glove delivery and the crew didn't even check this before leaving and I had to call them back to pick it up and get a replacement. That took almost another 2 weeks, after I had already waited over a month to receive the bedroom set, and I didn't even receive any communication for a week as to what was going on or when they were going to send the replacement chest. Meanwhile, the rest of my furniture set has spent 3 weeks unused due to the smell of whatever chemicals were used in the varnish or glues for these items. My bedroom has been shut for weeks because I've had to have the windows open with the very cold air in order to air it out. I would've returned it all if not for the steep cost on the return policy. I am due to have my baby in a week and can't even have her in my bedroom with me because I'm afraid of her breathing in the fumes. Prop 65 warnings are on all the pieces, which was not listed on the website anywhere, so now I'm stuck breathing in who-knows-what for however many years. What I was so excited to receive has only been a hassle and I don't even want to be in my bedroom. We had to spend hundreds more to buy a quality air purifier just so I can feel safer sleeping in my bedroom.The furniture itself is beautiful, but I wish I had gotten something certified not to be toxic. 5 5

I ordered this nightstand on August 21, 2020. I was told the item was in stock. I called and spoke to a representative who took my order over the phone. This looked even better than we expected. Price was AWESOME! Bought 7 pcs. The shipping was delayed due to COVID shortages, but as soon as the items were available they immediately shipped. The delivery company was INCREDIBLE. They delivered our items in the middle of a storm, ensured everything was dry. Also delivered to our 2nd floor bedroom. Solid wood and cast iron table has a very industrial yet classy feel. Opted for the bench seating on one side, and worth the extra buy.
Table opens wide to store the extra leaf insert, which is a huge help and keeps the pieces together.

Dining set is solid, good construction. Not pure white wash. More of an off white greyish color. Delivery took 3 months, but that's due to covid. The delivery company A&O is hurendous. Can't reach them on the phone and delivery was way past window of 6-9pm and they left it on my front lawn in the middle of the night. Woke to see it in the lawn. 4 5
This desk is beautiful and I am so happy with it. I went from a standard-sized desk to this executive size. I have so much more storage space and enough desk space for two monitors, an open laptop, a lamp and much more. I saw this dinette set in person at Lazy Boy and found it online here at a much lower cost (30-35% cheaper). It’s a beautiful set. The wood has natural ridges in it. You can mix n match the chairs. I chose 2 wooden, 2 material, and a bench. The matching buffet didn’t meet my needs but the Kincaid Elise Server/Buffet matches beautifully. I love my new dinette set. 5 5
This would have been a great buy but it was no longer available after I ordered it. So I ordered the Elise buffet. It looks slightly different; there is no built in wine rack. Of course my mom was glad because she doesn’t think people need to know how much wine you have;). It’s a beautiful piece. It looks so rich. It has lots of storage space. We even removed a shelf to make room for alcohol. I’m excited to entertain in the dining room again. 5 5

Very disappointed. It's beautiful furniture but the credenza top didn't attach to the credenza bottom because 5 of the 8 pilot holes for the bolts don't line up. Plus, for these prices, I expected better manufacturing techniques and materials. My final gripe is that it's produced by an American company named Freedom Furniture and I (naively) thought it was American made. It's not. It's made in Asia. 5 5

I as very satistifed with the delievery and commications. I was disappointed in the two once inch and one and half inch gouges on either side of the center shelf where the TV would go. In addition to the gouges, it appears almost as if there were pencil mark impressions in the wood around each scratch. About 50-60 of them. *see photo*
The imperfections were covered over with the stain, so that leaves me with the impression that they were not damages relating to shipping, as the scratches were not fresh and raw. Considering the price i paid, while reasonable as it was on sale, I would have returned it if it had been ordered locally. Because the service was so good, but the damage was not disclosed, I would not recommend unless you live locally. 5 5

We have been tracking for this specific buffet table for over 18 months and finally found this on this site atleast 500 lower than what everyone else was offering including big furniture stores like LaZBoy. At first i was not sure if the deal was real because we have not shopped on this site. We have Shopped for online furniture from Houzz, wayfair but this deal blew them out of the water for the same product.
The only thing to improve is to get a periodic status update of the shipping status will be nice. 4 5

This nightstand is handsome and sturdy, but has a couple of unexpected limitations. The interior of the drawers is unfinished, with a slightly rough surface, leaving it vulnerable to scratches and stains. I grudgingly decided to paint them, but discovered that the drawers wouldn’t pull out far enough for easy access and I couldn’t figure out how to remove them completely. (Plan B: I’ll install a waterproof shelf liner and hope for the best.) 4 5

Table is beautiful, and it’s a fantastic price for a solid wood table. The top is more textured and glossier than I expected, but I’m getting used to it. My table top came cut so that the skirt didn’t line up properly at the seams in the top, and customer service worked with Kincaid to have a replacement top sent to me, which I am still waiting for.
