These people are very unprofessional. I ordered furniture set in December and still haven't received it. They keep giving me a different date as to when I will receive the items every time I called. Every time I try to call, they put me on hold, when they finally answer, they keep changing their story. I finally received an email stating that the furniture would be delivered to me the next business day, I even received a confirmation text message. I waited for hours that day and didn't hear from them; tried to call, they did not pick up. The status is still unknown as of today. While the furniture may be cheaper on their website, I would rather pay a little extra to get it somewhere else. Unless someone wants to be in my current situation, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD FROM ONLINE SHOPPING!!! 5 5

We honestly love everything about this bedroom set, the price, the look, the color and the solid construction. The only complaint I have is that I wish the description was clear about it being a King size bed....its actually a CALIFORNIA KING....so we have about a 4 inch gap between my mattress and the headboard so my pillow keeps falling thru. One suggestion I have (especially if space is a concern for you) is that you add 4 inches to the length of the bed because the headboard curves back at the top of the headboard which keeps you from placing it flat against the wall so it will stick out a little farther than expected. We also added another nightstand (only comes with 1) and 2 of the chests and we have a full bedroom set that has an antique look with a modern color and tons of drawers. 5 5

The furniture has a nice look and is overall a purchase we feel really good about. I knocked a star for quality and assembly. I am glad we paid a little extra for their people to do the assembly but I dread the day we need new floors or decide to move because the bed takes a lot of disassembly to move. Quality is overall ok. The materials aren't oak or cedar but they fit the budget we had. The big drawback are that the drawers tend to stick and not pull out very far so I may upgrade the drawer slides myself in the future. 1 5

We purchased this canopy bed along with the Man's Chest and love love love the look of both. However the chemical off gassing smell from the material and finish is overwhelmingly strong. We were also disappointed with the base of bed design with all the little wooden leg supports that run in 4 rows along the width of the bed for support. After it was delivered and set up I found several of the the little wooden feet were crooked not supporting properly. The design seemed a bit janky but perhaps that is the quality for the price point. But we Love the look of both. The man's chest has lots of drawer and shelf storage. 4 5

The table is sturdy and beautiful but they used a paper thin laminate that chips, peels, scratches, and stains easily.If you want it for a showpiece it will be fine. If you plan to actually use it don’t buy it. We bought ours from Raymour and Flanigan fortunately we bought the care package. We had the repair service out twice and they finally replaced the tabletop. We used a tablecloth and placemats right from the beginning but the laminate is so delicate that we were unable to avoid damage to it.

I am writing this review with mixed feelings. The order process, the communication, the delivery and the price of this piece were all pretty good. The piece itself is very nice, perfect side piece for dining room. The big disappointment is the color of the wood. It is not at all a rich auburn color as claimed. It is a very dark mahogany color that makes the piece appear to be very dated. It does not blend with our existing dining room furniture that is a warm rich color wood with golden undertones. I am so upset due to the long wait to receive the furniture. Unclear as to what we are going to do... 4 5

The furniture is beautiful - very rich looking, heavy, and well made. The color is exactly as shown on the website - the only caution I offer is to make sure that the bed is assembled carefully and by someone who knows what they are doing or the storage drawers will drag and require significant adjustment. We had our assembly done via the "white glove" service, and it took 2 trips out for our techs to get the bed set up properly (an issue with the assemblers, not the furniture manufacturer.) 5 5

When delivered and set up in 2017, the halves of the table top aligned fine (pegs on one half fit right into the holes of the other). Recently, I expanded the table using the accompanying table leaf but, after removing the leaf and pushing the table top halves together, there’s a quarter-inch space down the middle because now the pegs don’t fit into the holes anymore; the table top halves don’t come together completely. I placed an order Dec 6, 2020 for this bed and 2 nightstands. Items were supposedly in stock. Received an email a couple weeks later that items would be delayed 4-6 weeks. Then upon checking about that time, was told would be middle of February (which it is now). Now am being told 2 more weeks. I've even paid for the "white glove delivery" "special" they offered to have items carried in & set up, which by now I ought to get free. If they actually took any of my money except this white glove delivery, I'd be really angry. This couch is beautiful and if I ever receive it, I feel that I will love it. I placed an order for this in August and the ship date continues to be pushed out. This couch continues to show as "In Stock" however it is not! I have asked that it be updated on the website to reflect multiple times, yet it is still showing as out of stock. I am 6 months into waiting with the most recent ship date being the end of April. When I ask, I am unable to receive information as to why there is a delay other than "it's 2 of the pieces". If you are thinking of purchasing, I would urge you to not or be prepared to wait 8+ months for arrival. 5 5

Purchase 3 pieces in 2015, sofa,loveseat,chair.The summer of 2020 the leather on all pieces began to peel very badly. Cracks started on the sitting cushions, just terrible.Couldn’t contact anyone from the company or manufacturer to get an explanation or replacement.I wouldn’t this furniture to anyone,it will not hold up.So if anyone from this company is actually reading this comment, please respond and fixed this problem for us.We paid hard earn money for this.I will be waiting for your response.We have pictures just in case.
