One of the WORST WORST WORST Service l have ever seen in my whole life..can’t explain in one or two pages. Will give one out line…I have ordered 2 bedroom sets in July 2021 and they said that they will deliver in October ending or max November.. now they are telling it will come in June 2022…I have paid my money already…such a WORST service…please think before you buy…there are lot of conversations going on still I am waiting for my product… 2 5

The color is not really gray it’s more gold and the description doesn’t advise you that the middle cabinet door doesn’t open. I had a similar one that was a light oak color and the middle door opened. Otherwise it’s okay I guess. This is why I like seeing things in person before I buy it 5 5

I would have given a five star but when I opened the box the table was in pieces and had to be assembled. It took me an hour to assemble it. Some of the screws didn’t line up, too. I ordered and paid for the Aspenhome Oxford bedroom set (Queen Bed, 6 drawer dresser and two nightstands) on May 31, 2021. They delivered one nightstand with the remaining mentioned products still not delivered. The website still indicates the missing products as "in stock" yet almost 7 months later I still have not received the products that I paid for. When I ordered the "Estimated ship time" was 4 weeks. While I understand some delays in shipping based on current environment, 28 weeks later is unacceptable and without ANY explanation. Customer service emails for the last 3 months have resulted in no resolution other than me being told to go to the shipper's website to check status on when they will receive the products. This site refuses to provide any information on when I will receive what was paid for in May 2021. 1 5

I can't rate this product because I have yet to receive it. I placed my order for a dining room set on 11/22/20 and received notice that it was finally in stock on 12/08/21. I understand that there were delays due to the pandemic, but 12+ months to ship? Come on. I was never given a good reason for the delay either, just a constant runaround. The only reason we didn't cancel this order is that we had no immediate need for a dining room set. If you're in immediate need of furniture, do yourselves a favor and shop somewhere else. 5 5

I purchased this set in September, 2020. It was delivered in mid January 2021. Furniture looks great. However, I discovered on Thanksgiving day (the first time I was about to use the armchairs) that one of the arm rests on one armchair was severely damaged, with the wood split from end to end. I paid for professional assembly, plus Guardian protection Plan five year warranty. I reported the damage to Diningroomsoutlet.com and was told that I had to make a claim with Guardian, which I promptly did, with pictures showing that the wood was split open. Today I received a response from Guardian that the claim was denied, as I did not state specifically how the damage occurred. Really? Guardian also stated that I cannot submit another claim, neither can I clarify the cause of damage. I pointed out in my claim that the damaged must have occurred during delivery or during assembly. I would never buy from this merchant again. 4 5

Received the product and it was damaged. It has numerous finishing nail marks all over it. It also has 2 scuffs where the finish has come off and another small area of blemish on the top. They initially offered me $25 store credit, then $50 refund, and now $150 refund even after a tech came out to evaluate it and said it’s a manufacturing defect. This was a $1300 desk! This design is flawed. The stitching on the cushions is very uncomfortable. When sitting down, there is a horizontal seam right around your shoulder area and the stitching on that seam rubs against your body. The stitching on the seat cushions is also not very comfortable. If I'm paying $1,000+ for a sofa, these types of flaws should not exist. 5 5

Ordering was so easy and the prices are amazing. Order in June and received the bedroom set 9/18. Took 2 hours for delivery and set up. The nightmare began after that. We were told the bed drawer would not close and the bed slats were not delivered with the order. Then the dresser drawers would not close correctly. One side would stick out and the other would not so none of the drawers are closed evenly. The two end table both have scratches or unfinished wood in the seam which is very visible and looks like deep scratches all along the bottom. The customer service run around in email is too long to mention but they offered us 100.00 off to keep it all the way it is. We can't even use the bed let alone the very poor quality of putting the furniture together. Now they say it's forwarded to another team to review to see what they are going to do. Just save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. If they would have offered to replace it ALL we would have been okay but now we're just wanting a refund if they can't get it together. The run around isn't worth it. 2 5
The furniture is not made of anything more than cheap MDF. It's not worth the money. It took forever to even receive the furniture (ordered 3/4 and received 9/3) with minimal to no updates in between without me asking for updates constantly. The furniture was delivered damaged and the delivery team did not complete the setup of all of the furniture (2 drawer handles were not even taken out of their packaging to be installed). I did not notice the missing pieces until I found them hidden in the drawer by the delivery team. I paid for their "Platinum" delivery service which was easily not worth the cost at all. They won't even refund me the cost of the that since the delivery team failed to complete the setup of my items. 5 5

Two years ago you deliver a bedroom set at my house. Before the crew assemble it we inspected together and found a damaged dresser and a bed foot damaged. We called and told you that we were going to returned it because of it. You said to us to take pictures which we did, and still have them, and send them to you that would will replace them. Two years have gone buy and you made many deliver appts anda you cancel them all. Now I am asking for my money back and fir you to come and pick up this bedroom set. Today I received a phone call from you saying that you would no give us the refund until you receive the merchandise. I said to you why should I believe you that you would refund my merchandise after li I g my home more than you have had delivering my damaged pieces. What I want to do is to receive my money at the same time you pick up the bedroom set. But you don’t want that which indicate to me that you might run with my money and the bedroom set. I would suggest that you think about this because I an very close to have my attorney to take over for me once and for all.
