I ordered the Coaster Sandy Beach Panel Bedroom Set in White for my daughter's bedroom. It was worth the wait! The description did not do this set justice. Extremely impressed by the HIGH QUALITY of this furniture...it is heavy and well made and looks like a $4000 set. The color is a creamy white. The headboard is tall and majestic. The dresser is incredible with the glass panel insets. The entire set looks amazing! Don't think that this set is cheap because it is not. Best purchase!!! 3 5
Everything is great except the depth of the couch is very small. I bought an ottoman to go with it so that we can stretch our legs. Delivery was just way too long for 2 months we had to wait. Other than that customer service was great 5 5

Purchased this from Nebraska Furniture Mart 6/15/18, I called right away as my king mattress looked to small for the bed. there are several inches on the side as well as the end of the bed. you can see the drawer area as the mattress does not cover the area. I called and was told when I order a new mattress it will fit the frame. Well a few months ago I indeed ordered a new mattress, it is even worse. I truly believe the bed is not made correctly as my mattress fit my old bed fine. 5 5

it’s not worth it to buy this bed. it makes so much noise, the bed can only hold so much weight before it gets a gigantic hole in the middle, very weak bars and they break off easily, the bed is hard and springy i have so much back pain and i’m only 17. i honestly wouldn’t recommend this purchase cause i haven’t even had it for 1 year and i already hate this bed so plz don’t waste your time and save your money 5 5

The order has taken 8 weeks to be delivered when we were told 3-4 weeks. My pregnant wife and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The delivery company had the bed in their warehouse for 3-4 weeks but did not want to deliver the bed because it was too far away for them. They wanted to make sure they could organize other customers so they could complete all the deliveries on the one day. This was negligence at its best.When the bed arrived it didn't have any bed slats. We have been trying to get this resolved with no luck. Installation instructions were missing from the box. This whole process has been embarrassing and unprofessional. 3 5

the salesman discounted slightly on top of the already cheapest price for a popular and sold on several sights dresser. He delivered on time and in good condition. It was preopened and set up and delivered in blankets ready to install. 2 5
The 5-drawer chest I received was defective and drawers didn't open. The few hundred extra we spent for platinum white glove delivery and the crew didn't even check this before leaving and I had to call them back to pick it up and get a replacement. That took almost another 2 weeks, after I had already waited over a month to receive the bedroom set, and I didn't even receive any communication for a week as to what was going on or when they were going to send the replacement chest. Meanwhile, the rest of my furniture set has spent 3 weeks unused due to the smell of whatever chemicals were used in the varnish or glues for these items. My bedroom has been shut for weeks because I've had to have the windows open with the very cold air in order to air it out. I would've returned it all if not for the steep cost on the return policy. I am due to have my baby in a week and can't even have her in my bedroom with me because I'm afraid of her breathing in the fumes. Prop 65 warnings are on all the pieces, which was not listed on the website anywhere, so now I'm stuck breathing in who-knows-what for however many years. What I was so excited to receive has only been a hassle and I don't even want to be in my bedroom. We had to spend hundreds more to buy a quality air purifier just so I can feel safer sleeping in my bedroom.The furniture itself is beautiful, but I wish I had gotten something certified not to be toxic. 5 5

This looked even better than we expected. Price was AWESOME! Bought 7 pcs. The shipping was delayed due to COVID shortages, but as soon as the items were available they immediately shipped. The delivery company was INCREDIBLE. They delivered our items in the middle of a storm, ensured everything was dry. Also delivered to our 2nd floor bedroom. Solid wood and cast iron table has a very industrial yet classy feel. Opted for the bench seating on one side, and worth the extra buy.
Table opens wide to store the extra leaf insert, which is a huge help and keeps the pieces together.

This desk is beautiful and I am so happy with it. I went from a standard-sized desk to this executive size. I have so much more storage space and enough desk space for two monitors, an open laptop, a lamp and much more. I saw this dinette set in person at Lazy Boy and found it online here at a much lower cost (30-35% cheaper). It’s a beautiful set. The wood has natural ridges in it. You can mix n match the chairs. I chose 2 wooden, 2 material, and a bench. The matching buffet didn’t meet my needs but the Kincaid Elise Server/Buffet matches beautifully. I love my new dinette set. 5 5
This would have been a great buy but it was no longer available after I ordered it. So I ordered the Elise buffet. It looks slightly different; there is no built in wine rack. Of course my mom was glad because she doesn’t think people need to know how much wine you have;). It’s a beautiful piece. It looks so rich. It has lots of storage space. Such a gorgeous piece! Every person to come into my room absolutely loves it. Storage space underneath is excellent and large. This obviously doesn’t come with a mattress so I did have to purchase that separately. 1 5
Very disappointed. It's beautiful furniture but the credenza top didn't attach to the credenza bottom because 5 of the 8 pilot holes for the bolts don't line up. Plus, for these prices, I expected better manufacturing techniques and materials. My final gripe is that it's produced by an American company named Freedom Furniture and I (naively) thought it was American made. It's not. It's made in Asia.
