The bedroom set arrived well packaged and in good shape. The quality and the style were exactly what we were looking for. Communication was great throughout the process especially Drichsen who provided superior customer service. This was my 2nd purchase from this company and would definitely purchase from them again.

This product is the absolute lowest quality furniture I have ever seen! Particle board, poorly glued together, misaligned drawers, chipped, delaminating, cheap. And the easy returns they claim...not so much. Horrible customer service. Save yourself. Look elsewhere. You can't pick anything worse!

After I purchased the beautiful bed I received an email saying it was out of stock, and it would be 4 months before it would be available. The website was incorrect. They did refund the payment promptly.

Then when it was delivered it was the wrong bed and the rest of the set was damaged. Now struggling to get a replacement with the only updates that they will "keep me posted every step of the way". Same response fro the last three weeks. And still no furniture.

It has taken over 2 months for the couch to arrive, and it still has not been delivered. It makes me think they are selling products that they don't have. The shipping company canceled the delivery due to weather(totally understandable) but then tried charging me an additional fee of $200+ to re-deliver(not ok). This was absolutely abhorrent service and would not recommend working with this company. The couch seems nice and I will update the review if there are any issues.

My order for this chest dresser went through but was later cancelled because they didn't have it in stock. This chest dresser was a matching piece to a dresser I ordered (at the same time) from a local store (who didn't have the chest dresser option). Now I'm stuck with an unmatched dresser. If an item is not in stock, I wish their website had been updated. Would not order from again.

This was purchased for my daughter's bedroom. It looks really nice. The drawers leave a little to be desired. They don't pull out very far and you have to really push them to close them, but she doesn't seem to mind.

Product is great. Good quality, looks amazing. Well built. However, the company Bedroom Furniture Discounts made this purchase a nightmare. If I haven't already waited over a month for it I would have canceled and ask for my money plus some back. I missed work, and wasted my time, waiting at home for the furniture to never show because it never left there store. However, Bedroom Furniture Discounts told me it was with my local delivery company. I highly recommend the product but I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! RUN!

These are gorgeous barstools and the design of the seat and back makes it a very comfortable chair. Because these are constructed of solid wood, the chairs are very sturdy.

Becareful when ordering with them.. get everything in writing..I purchased a sofa and wanted white.. came in beige/rose color and one pillow was over stuffed. They told me in repeated emails.. do not accept if its not right.. I did not approve it. Denied shipping.Now they claim its my fault and I order that color. My room is blue and white. Working w a decorator.. So they can't sell it because it is used.. and first they claimed they were donating to charity now I am charged a restocking fee.. large shipping fee and the end result is $300 refund. BEWARE. never received a copy of the orignal order. Maybe the mistake could have been caught before it was sent.

Shopped around extensively before making this purchase. We have a 5 year old Catnapper set that has held up beautifully so decided to stick with it. Delivery was professional and seamless. Highly recommend this company and Catnapper products! Will definitely use again for future purchases!

If you order from this site, you risk waiting months, receiving a defective product, and losing money with no support from customer service. Only partial refund, less than half.I waited over three months to receive the two nightstands, only to be extremely disappointed with its poor quality and defects. Even the delivery team noticed the issue and took the item back immediately. I have the document that the delivery team wrote.However, this website customer service refused full refund or sent replacement, and charged a $173.41 fee for the return without our consent. We never received a replacement or even an offer to fix the damaged item, just a partial refund without consent, and now they keep saying partial refund.This website takes no responsibility for the quality of their products or providing proper customer service.There were many negative reviews before I ordered, but I thought it wouldn’t happen to me, this was my mistake. Please take this seriously.

I purchased the 3 piece bedroom set including bed frame, night stand and a desk. A month later they delivered a used bed frame, totally destroyed night stand and desk top. See attached pictures. I refused the delivery at the moment of seeing those used marks and scratches all over the desk top. The company promised to deliver replacement in two weeks. I waited two weeks and not a single response about the delivery schedule. I sent an email saying I could cancel the order if there is still no delivery schedule. The company offered me $100 discount for waiting (no specific time for delivery schedule and just keep waiting). I turned it down and asked about the delivery schedule again. The company offered $200 after my email and I did not take it. The company then offered $300 credits ( it is kidding me. Because I can not have you hold $4000 for no delivery plan at all and take $300 credits.) I am tired of this game with breaking promises again and again without any actual delivery schedule for the sale. Those are the signs that this sale is not going anywhere to be delivered as brand new furniture. So I replied "this is my last message about the order. I ordered from a local store. You fail to delivery the sale and should cancel my order." Then the company gave me their policy and charged me about $2000 for cancellation which was not my intention and goal. The company forced me to cancel after one time of used and damaged furniture delivery and 4 times of no delivery schedule, and now they put it all on me. I wasted my time of waiting in 7 weeks and I do not think the cost should fall on me.

The beautiful taupe color shown is NOT the color we received. Ours are a nasty hunter green/grey color and we absolutely hate them. They clash with our carpet and we are so angry!

Absolutely love my purchase! Fits perfectly in my bedroom and goes with my color scheme really well. Also, the lighted headboard adds a fun touch of comfort to coincide with whatever mood I’m feeling at the time. However, the grey shellac added over the wood is pretty, yet easily chips if ever something accidentally scratches up against it. Nothing that a color-matched furniture marker can’t correct, though. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with my purchase, as well as the services provided by Bedroom Furniture Discounts!

This a nice dark brown colored wood bed. Seems to be sturdy and quiet. It pairs well with the matching night stands. You will likely need a box spring to raise your mattress a little.

Does it protect my table? Yes. However, it does not match the color, grain, or texture of my tabletop. Can I return it? Yes, but there is a restocking fee. Would I repurchase one? No, not at that price. I could easily make this myself.

We have not recieved product. We ordered Feb 15, they shipped the product to their delivery service in Houston. Houston delivery says they don't deliver to our area...so now we are in limbo...sometimes I think this was a scam. Discount Furniture has said Houston shipper has had the product for three weeks. We paid for shipping, we need our product.

I looked at dozens of other office sets from other brands and in other finishes, before I finally decided on the Aspen Home Hampton office collection. I am confident I made the right choice because this is a gorgeous set of furniture. Love the black cherry finish. It does not have as much variation in the pattern when viewed in person as compared to the photos. Actually looks richer - and I think better. Drawers, doors, and hardware are high quality. I expect to have this set for many years with no issues. Tons of storage space and organizational options also.

The product we purchased was fine, but the delivery service management was dishonest and not able to keep their appointments. We were re-scheduled for a third time and completed our delivery on a Sunday night at 11:00pm. When I discussed this with my CSR, she only considered the feedback from the delivery service owner. I tried to escalate and spoke with a manager that was anything but customer service oriented. He also promised to follow up and did not. The only offer to make this right was a $75 off a future purchase of $2,000 minimum. Would NOT recommend purchasing through this company for these reasons.

I found this furniture in a consignment store. It was brand new and well constructed. I took some pictures and research the manufacturer. I found the exact same furniture online at several different stores. It was actually $1,100.00 less than the consignment store prices. I was very skeptical with buying the furniture online. After speaking intensively with a representative of Furniture store rep I decided to make the purchase. I could not be more pleased with my decision. The furniture is the exact same furniture that was in the consignment store. It was delivered on time with no damage or missing parts. It is very good quality furniture. Solid construction and material. Can wrapped securely and was unwrapped in front of me so that I could completely inspect everything. I have not put the set together yet but I know that I will be pleased

This was such an easy experience, from ordering to delivery. I was a little reluctant to order online from a company I wasn’t familiar with, but after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. The chest is good quality, substantial wood and I think will hold up well. Lourdes was great in communicating where my order was every step of the way. Customer service is responsive and helpful, I would order again.
