The product we purchased was fine, but the delivery service management was dishonest and not able to keep their appointments. We were re-scheduled for a third time and completed our delivery on a Sunday night at 11:00pm. When I discussed this with my CSR, she only considered the feedback from the delivery service owner. I tried to escalate and spoke with a manager that was anything but customer service oriented. He also promised to follow up and did not. The only offer to make this right was a $75 off a future purchase of $2,000 minimum. Would NOT recommend purchasing through this company for these reasons. 5 5

I found this furniture in a consignment store. It was brand new and well constructed. I took some pictures and research the manufacturer. I found the exact same furniture online at several different stores. It was actually $1,100.00 less than the consignment store prices. I was very skeptical with buying the furniture online. After speaking intensively with a representative of Furniture store rep I decided to make the purchase. I could not be more pleased with my decision. The furniture is the exact same furniture that was in the consignment store. It was delivered on time with no damage or missing parts. It is very good quality furniture. Solid construction and material. Can wrapped securely and was unwrapped in front of me so that I could completely inspect everything. Upfront, I waited 3 months to get this bedroom set, ordered in November, didn't arrive until late January- but worth the wait and worth every penny spent to get it.Furniture is solid wood, sturdy, stamped handmade in Taiwan and simply gorgeous!
The craftsmanship on every piece is simply stunning.
The instructions to put together the bed were easy to follow, and the only pieces that give me pause are the slats as they're made of layered, uneven, thin strips of wood glued together.
Yet those could easily be replaced if necessary by going to a hardware store or Amazon.The dresser comes with an insert to put your jewelry in, which I didn't know at the time of purchase and was a wonderful surprise!Be advised the USB ports in the headboard are not fast charging but they work great if you have a device that doesn't require a high demand charge.Each piece comes with hardware to mount it to the wall to prevent it from tipping over if you have small children, yet every piece is quite heavy, and every drawer and cabinet fits snuggly into place.Overall I am amazed with the design and forethought of this set.

That being said, I can't figure out how to remove the drawers if necessary, AND the color is nowhere near what the pictures show. It is considerably darker and more red.
This confirms why I am hesitant to purchase items online.

Bought this furniture at another store. Came straight from the manufacturer but they had it in the store to try as well. I like the whole bed set but the quality is sub par. We were unhappy with the drawer slides but we liked the look of the furniture. We bought this set and then replaced every drawer slide in both night stands and the dresser. The dresser comes with 12 inch drawer slides which are not fully extendable and only come out 10.5 inches and don't slide smoothly.
We replaced with 14 inch drawer slides fully extendable so we get 14.5 inches with drawer slides that do run smooth. It was less than $200 to replace all the drawer slides. Drawer slides are not expensive so I have no idea why so many companies are cheeping out on quality.When we were at the store, we saw a few people look at this furniture, interested, but then move on when they realized drawer slides weren't that good and made comments about how it's too bad they weren't better quality. 4 5
