Many of the drawers hit one another when opening/closing. Alignment is off. The trim (Laminate) on the edges of drawers was coming off on 4 drawers. My husband had to glue and clamp them over night to get them to hold. Edge along bottom of dresser on a side looked like it was missed with the stain. I used a brown and black permanent marker to fill it in. Took a while to get color to match but with an hours effort I was successful.We didn’t return the dresser due to Covid. We are at risk family and preferred to avoid that option. But paying top dollar for an item that wasn’t perfect was beyond disappointing. 4 5

The furniture quality is poor. Specially the golden paint is like uneven. On joints it has cracks , joined part is not properly filled with filling/paint. I purchased a bed and 2 nightstands. I had been advised in email communication that when the furniture arrived at the delivery company, it would all be inspected and any damage would be repaired before it was delivered. When the furniture was delivered on 4/12/20 I asked the delivery guy if the furniture had been unboxed and inspected as I was in the middle of a renovation and couldn't set the furniture up yet. He said they were not able to inspect the furniture due to new guidelines for the coronavirus. He said that would be noted on my delivery receipt in case there were any issues. So, I decided to unbox all the furniture to make sure it was ok. I removed the first nightstand and noticed the damage to the corner edge. I then realized that the legs were missing. I unboxed the second nightstand and immediately noticed the difference in packaging. Although the first one seemed to be packaged very well, the second one had wrapping all around the drawers and the handles - this was missing from the first one (the attached picture shows the proper packaging on the undamaged nightstand). I then discovered that the bottom drawer of the damaged nightstand was off the glide. I turned it on it's side and realized one of the glides was broken. The green piece in the picture should be attached to the orange piece, but it's broken. I have had several email communication with Greg Mangubat, Customer Success Manager, at bedroomfurniturediscounts.com and I am still unsatisfied. Greg has said that the damage on the nightstand is repairable; therefore, it needs to be fixed instead of replaced. However, they have no technicians in my area (I live in Columbus, OH - a large metropolitan area) and local techs in my area are closed due to coronavirus. The last email I received from Greg was on 5/15/20 and he said he would continue to try to find someone in my area to fix the nightstand. So I have now had the nightstand for a month and cannot use it. Again, the legs were not sent with the nightstand. I contend that I received a nightstand that was maybe returned and I am obviously not happy with paying full price for something that is not in 100% brand new condition. I do not want a discount - I want the brand new nightstand that I ordered and paid for! 5 5

This is a solid dresser made to last generations. This dresser is also worth the price due to its solid oak & cedar construction. The craftsmanship is superb with its drawers that lock in place when closed and pull open all the way out when opened. The oak is not thin sheets of oak layered over plywood for a lament finish. The oak top and drawers are a solid thick red oak that comes with a beautiful deep stain finish. The dresser is not easy to move considering its 238lb solid wood body. The delivery was also something to be respected. The drivers, 3 of them, got here exactly at the time they specified, 7:30am. They carried the dresser through the route I specified, unpackaged the dresser by the garage outside and then carried it upstairs to the room and spot I showed them. The white glove delivery was awesome and the delivery drivers were excellent. In short this was the perfect purchase from the point of purchase to the delivery. This was a well worth investment that has me totally impressed. 1 5

I have had this bedroom set for two months. it looks expensive and luxurious. It has great quality materials. The color is near exact to the picture. While the drawers aren't wide, they are deep and tall. I bought the beach drawer chest versus the five drawer chest and an extra night stand. The night stands are big with plenty of space. I love this set. I am extremely happy with my purchase of furniture for my master bedroom and the value. I shopped around and found the best price here. Shipping and arrival went smoothly. When we received the table, it is beautiful. 1 month after delivery of this product, a ring mark appeared on the table. The warranty company said this is not covered under the extended warranty program. This table was ruined with one week of careful use. Despite always using a placemat while eating, there are what I will call "heat stains" on the table. There are cloudy, discolored marks on the table where the plates were set. Those were caused by placing a dinner plate with warm food on top of a placemat. The plate was not heated. The food frankly wasn't even that hot.When I asked the manufacturer for a refund their response was "this is not covered under warranty as it is damage due to use. They have advised that the top needs to be protected from extreme temperatures and exposure to liquids as well."If a normal dinner plate used on top of a placemat is extreme temperature exposure that causes damage - why does it qualify as a dinner table? Why isn't it classified as a decorative table?If I could have rated a zero star, I would have. 1 5
I order 2 of these tables. One was VERY DAMAGED in several places. It looked as though it had been dropped. I contacted the company and sent all the photos of the damaged areas. The table is a mess. The company explained, since I didn't unpack and look at the table PARTS at the time the delivery person delivered it and refuse delivery, they would do NOTHING. FYI - the delivery person had me sign a delivery slip and he took off. Delivery company explained, they CAN NOT have everyone unpack, and assemble all products at the time of delivery PERIOD. Just not done. I discussed my issue with the company several times and they refused to do anything. If I could have given 0000 stars I would have, but not an option. I will be ordering my other furniture elsewhere. I took my chances. Please just don't order from this company. 5 5

Caramal cashmere finish is outstanding. Assembly was frustrating due to poor fitement and imperfect hardware. Had to remove mirror backing to trim and center so that support arms could be bolted to mirror. Biggest disappointment was misaligned dresser doors. Also had to rethread one hex nut thread insert that shoild have failed quality control checks. 5 5

I thought Stanley was a decent name in furniture, but the Wethersfield Estate line is just awful. They skimped on every turn, especially on the file drawers on both the desk and side file cabinets. The file drawers are too small in height - your papers will hit the drawer bottoms above the file drawer. They give the worst metal inset to put in the file drawers! The metal pieces are all different sizes as if someone made them by hand, you need to screw them into the drawers. Legal size files do not fit in the desk drawers because they are a couple of millimeters off!! How Cheap!! The other drawers are also tiny! I couldn't even find a drawer organizer to fit them so I am using small tupperware. The drawers have metal glides that hardly work, they are stiff and not self closing. My kitchen cabinetry is so much better. Overall it is an extremely aggravating furniture set. It could have been pretty good if they hadn't skimped, and that's what really bothers me! 4 5

The bed is not what we expected. It’s supposed to be black and platinum, but it isn’t. The bed is black and light-brownish tan.
Also, a part on the footboard doesn’t match the “so-called “ platinum part of the headboard, so we have to wait probably another 7 weeks for a replacement footboard.
