Ordering was so easy and the prices are amazing. Order in June and received the bedroom set 9/18. Took 2 hours for delivery and set up. The nightmare began after that. We were told the bed drawer would not close and the bed slats were not delivered with the order. Then the dresser drawers would not close correctly. One side would stick out and the other would not so none of the drawers are closed evenly. The two end table both have scratches or unfinished wood in the seam which is very visible and looks like deep scratches all along the bottom. The customer service run around in email is too long to mention but they offered us 100.00 off to keep it all the way it is. We can't even use the bed let alone the very poor quality of putting the furniture together. Now they say it's forwarded to another team to review to see what they are going to do. Just save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. If they would have offered to replace it ALL we would have been okay but now we're just wanting a refund if they can't get it together. The run around isn't worth it. 2 5
The furniture is not made of anything more than cheap MDF. It's not worth the money. It took forever to even receive the furniture (ordered 3/4 and received 9/3) with minimal to no updates in between without me asking for updates constantly. The furniture was delivered damaged and the delivery team did not complete the setup of all of the furniture (2 drawer handles were not even taken out of their packaging to be installed). I did not notice the missing pieces until I found them hidden in the drawer by the delivery team. I paid for their "Platinum" delivery service which was easily not worth the cost at all. They won't even refund me the cost of the that since the delivery team failed to complete the setup of my items. 5 5

Two years ago you deliver a bedroom set at my house. Before the crew assemble it we inspected together and found a damaged dresser and a bed foot damaged. We called and told you that we were going to returned it because of it. You said to us to take pictures which we did, and still have them, and send them to you that would will replace them. Two years have gone buy and you made many deliver appts anda you cancel them all. Now I am asking for my money back and fir you to come and pick up this bedroom set. Today I received a phone call from you saying that you would no give us the refund until you receive the merchandise. I said to you why should I believe you that you would refund my merchandise after li I g my home more than you have had delivering my damaged pieces. What I want to do is to receive my money at the same time you pick up the bedroom set. But you don’t want that which indicate to me that you might run with my money and the bedroom set. I would suggest that you think about this because I an very close to have my attorney to take over for me once and for all. If I use our attorney I want you to know that you will be picking g up the bill. 2 5

I have no idea how they are an A+ with the BBB! I placed this order on 12/09/2020 almost 8 months ago. First I was told the furniture would be delivered in a couple of weeks then a couple of months. The most recent delivery date was 08/30/21 still no furniture but I have a new date 11/05/21. After complaining to the company several times they offered me a 5-year warranty on the furniture. It seemed like a great deal; However, a 5year warranty on no furniture is worth NOTHING! The furniture is listed "IN STOCK" and the price has gone up to $607 more than the day I placed my order. I can only assume that they can sell it for more; therefore, they decided to give me the run around until I purchase something else and, they save money on my purchase and the $500.00 warranty on NOTHING! I made this purchase back in March. Was told a few days after paying nearly $2000 for my furniture that the warehouse doesn't have the furniture in stock, despite the little green circle that says "in stock". They delayed my furniture shipping until June, I decided to wait. I received messages confirming my shipping date was still set for June. A few days prior to the 15th of June, I sent a message to Jerome asking if we were still good for the furniture to ship on time, he said yes! NOPE! I received another email saying its been further delayed, and to expect my furniture to be shipped in August! Dont order from here. Do not buy this! It is horrible. It’s one of those mattresses that come rolled up and after it unrolled and sat for 48hrs it was still pretty flat and it is not a queen. It’s very uncomfortable. I see positive reviews and I do not want anyone to fall for them like I did. The top and bottom of the mattress slope down. It’s just horrible. 2 5

These people are very unprofessional. I ordered furniture set in December and still haven't received it. They keep giving me a different date as to when I will receive the items every time I called. Every time I try to call, they put me on hold, when they finally answer, they keep changing their story. I finally received an email stating that the furniture would be delivered to me the next business day, I even received a confirmation text message. I waited for hours that day and didn't hear from them; tried to call, they did not pick up. The status is still unknown as of today. While the furniture may be cheaper on their website, I would rather pay a little extra to get it somewhere else. Unless someone wants to be in my current situation, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. We honestly love everything about this bedroom set, the price, the look, the color and the solid construction. The only complaint I have is that I wish the description was clear about it being a King size bed....its actually a CALIFORNIA KING....so we have about a 4 inch gap between my mattress and the headboard so my pillow keeps falling thru. One suggestion I have (especially if space is a concern for you) is that you add 4 inches to the length of the bed because the headboard curves back at the top of the headboard which keeps you from placing it flat against the wall so it will stick out a little farther than expected. We also added another nightstand (only comes with 1) and 2 of the chests and we have a full bedroom set that has an antique look with a modern color and tons of drawers. 5 5

The furniture has a nice look and is overall a purchase we feel really good about. I knocked a star for quality and assembly. I am glad we paid a little extra for their people to do the assembly but I dread the day we need new floors or decide to move because the bed takes a lot of disassembly to move. Quality is overall ok. The materials aren't oak or cedar but they fit the budget we had. The big drawback are that the drawers tend to stick and not pull out very far so I may upgrade the drawer slides myself in the future. 1 5
